Maintenance for a fuel injector
A routine check is necessary after an injector have worked for 700hours. If the opening pressure is lower than 1Mpa, or if there are carbon deposits on the needle valve head, the needle valve of a fuel injector should be taken out and cleaned. It is necessary to ensure that the pressure-difference between all cylinders is smaller than 1Mpa.
